Mother Nature Ends 2019 Wilmot Season
(Wilmot, Wis., Thursday, October 3, 2019)--Mother Nature ended up the biggest winner of 2019 at Wilmot Raceway. Heavy rains throughout the week coupled with a forecast for more resulted in Kenosha County Fair and Wilmot Raceway officials to reluctantly cancel the planned Fall Festival of Speed on Saturday, October 5.
There is no make up date. This ends up in eight dates being lost completely due to weather this season.
The 2019 Wilmot Raceway champions will be crowned on Saturday, January 4 at The World Famous Brat Stop.

Track Champions for 2019 are Bill Balog of Hartford in Winged 410 sprint cars, Jimmy Sivia of Winthrop Harbor, IL in AutoMeter Wisconsin WingLess Sprints, Joe Huenefeld of Cedarville, IL in modifieds, Rob Maule of Hebron, IL in street stocks, C.J. Maleug of Johnsburg, IL and Ryan Johnson of Salem in Bandit 4-Cylinder stock cars.
