Mother Nature was the only winner Saturday, July 21 at Wilmot Raceway. Steady rains much of Friday, July 20, and into Saturday, along with persistent off and on showers and mist prevented drying forcing Kenosha County Fair and Wilmot Raceway officials to call of racing for the second consecutive week.
Officials are attempting to reschedule The Tommy Homan Family Night Street Stock Special.
Next up for the one-third mile clay oval is Saturday, July 28 featuring the AutoMeter Wisconsin WingLess Sprints, modifieds, street stocks and Bandit 4-Cylinder Stock Cars.
Grandstands open at 5:00 p.m. with on track activity slated for 5:45 p.m. followed by racing. Grandstand admission is $15.00 for ages 12 and over, $5.00 for ages 7-11 with ages 6 & under admitted free. Active military personnel with ID cards receive a $5.00 discount.
