(Wilmot, Wisconsin, Friday, July 14, 2017)–Due to flooding making access to the Kenosha County Fairgrounds impossible, Wilmot Raceway has canceled its race program for Saturday, July 15.
The track itself was not hit by the flooding.
Hwy. W on the east end of the fairgrounds and the location of both main entrances into the facility continues to be closed due to the bordering Fox River flooding.
Racing is scheduled to resume on Saturday, July 22 featuring the Wisconsin WingLess Sprints, Wisconsin-Illinois Mini-Sprints, modifieds, street stocks and Bandit 4-cylinder stock cars.
Grandstands will open at 5:00 p.m. with racing slated for 6:45 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $12.00 for everyone ages 12 and over; $5.00 for ages 7-11; with children ages 6 and under admitted free.
