The Kenosha County Fair has a pair of major Motorsport events taking place at its’ Wilmot Raceway during the Fair. World of Outlaws invade Wilmot Raceway on June 2 for the Badger 40

WILMOT, Wisc. — May 24, 2018 — The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series will visit Wilmot Raceway in Wisconsin again this season on Saturday, June 2. First of all, I would like to thank everyone for coming to race at Wilmot and for the most part, we have had great cooperation from the competitors regarding inspections and making adjustment that were asked. There has been better racing as well with everyone showing respect for their fellow drivers on the track. Like I said, for the most part. Nearly 100 cars compete at the Wilmot Raceway

Nearly 100 cars signed in to compete at the Wilmot Raceway for night number two of the season. The four-division program featured Modifieds, the Wisconsin Illinois Mini Sprints, The Auto Meter Wisconsin wingLESS Sprints presented by the IRA, and the Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint cars. The Modified division saw 25 drivers compete. Mike Knurr set quick time around the 3/8ths mile oval. Wilmot Raceway 2018 Opener Ready For Green Flag

Between 60-70 race cars took to the one-third mile clay oval Wilmot Raceway Sunday afternoon, April 22, tuning up for the 2018 season which takes the green flag Saturday, April 28. Opening night will feature 410-winged outlaw sprints, WingLess sprints, mini-sprints and modifieds.
